Due to continued expansion we have a vacancy for a Hire Desk Controller within our Company to facilitate hire & sales contracts.

We are an established and well-recognised hire company who supply a wide range of tool hire/plant equipment to commercial and domestic customers alike.

Based in our depot in Tullibody, this role is to support the Hire Manager in the day to day running of our busy tool & plant hire depot. You will be the first point of contact within our depot for all enquiries.

This is a great opportunity for a Hire Desk Controller as the company is growing and constantly adding new lines to our fleet.

The role of Hire Desk Controller will include:

  • Maximising targets and sales opportunities ensuring all hire orders are fulfilled.
  • Effectively maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and fellow team members.
  • To manage key accounts going the extra mile at all times to fulfil orders
  • Controlling daily collections and deliveries and liaising with the drivers to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain stock levels and monitor the Showroom to ensure a well maintained professional display at all times.

To be successful within the role of Hire Desk Controller, you will have previously worked in positions such as a Customer Service Executive, Hire & Sales Coordinator, Hire Desk Controller, Rental Manager, Sales Controller or Hire administrator.
